If you are a new customer...you will receive an email which will contain a few forms we need you to complete and return to us at your earliest convenience. Once we receive the forms back, we will complete the setup process and send you an email confirming your account has been finalized. (Please be sure to double check your spam/junk folders just in case)

At Roma, we pride ourselves on customer service, quality of merchandise, as well as fast turnaround time. 

As we are now in the midst of the Halloween season, we require up to 24 hours to reply to any inquiries. We also require up to 24 hours to process any and all orders (bulk wholesale, and drop ship orders). Orders may take over 24 hours depending on any delays. 

We process all orders on a first come, first serve basis. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot add, remove, cancel or adjust the order in anyway.

Any and all express orders need to be submitted by 1pm PST. Otherwise, the order will be processed on the next business day.  

Please have all payment details up-to-date before submitting your order.
